Not all Worry is the Same

There's neurotic worry and useful worrying

I’ve posted this video on Tik Tok and Instagram and now here it is here. And people have been asking me, if you are a neurotic worrier, as opposed to using worry in a useful way, how do you stop? You don’t! But what you can do is detach from your worry. Notice you are worrying, and instead of that worry being 100 per cent of you, split of an observer part who watches you worry. Now you are only 98% neurotic worry. It’s a start. So watch your worrying, don’t be your worrying. It’s not instant. It takes practice, but you can get your worrying down to manageable levels.
